Remove obsolete schema files related to legislative texts and sections

• Deleted section_ta.py which defined the structure for legislative sections.
• Removed structures_completes.py that aggregated various schema structures.
• Eliminated texte_lr.py which contained the schema for legislative texts.
• Removed texte_version.py that defined the schema for text versions.
• Deleted versions.py which outlined the versioning schema for documents.
